What about the fact that young people who are above a healthy weight are more likely to develop diabetes, heart disease or certain cancers in later life – middle age may seam like a long way off, but the choices you make now will start to have an impact on how your body copes in later life. Chances are, that doesn’t seem to matter to you just now. Exactly – it’s years away!
