YOGA - BUILDING HEALTHY COMMUNITIES

The yoga for pregnancy course has been very successful and has now moved location to the Childrens Services Centre at Park Primary School Stranraer. The class is led by BHC volunteer Jayne Baldwin.

Further yoga courses are being looked into at present.
